What happens after you cancel
The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, not immediately, and your work is not deleted — tasks, projects and templates stay in the workspace. What stops is the paid structure built on top of them. Asana names the list: advanced team and project permissions, custom fields, Timeline view, and task dependencies. Anything your team reads through one of those — a project people navigate by Timeline, a report that filters on a custom field — becomes harder to reach even though the underlying tasks are all still there. Worth exporting or screenshotting the views your team actually relies on before the period ends, rather than rebuilding them from memory afterwards.

Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
