- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- This one has a clock on it, and when the clock runs out the data is gone rather than locked. After the subscription ends you keep access to the site for 15 more days. It is then deactivated, and on a paid plan the data is held for a further 60 days — after which it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Reactivating inside that window brings everything back exactly as it was, so there is roughly two and a half months to change your mind and then nothing at all. Export your Jira projects and Confluence spaces during it, not at the end of it, and note that a free plan gets 15 days of retention rather than 60.

What else are you paying for?
Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
