- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- Calendly links live in email signatures, on websites and in other people's calendars, and the free tier allows only ONE ACTIVE EVENT TYPE. Everything else is switched off — so every link pointing at a switched-off event type stops working, and the person clicking it simply cannot book. That is the failure mode worth planning for. Decide which single event type stays live, and update the links that pointed at the others. Bookings already in your calendar are not cancelled. What goes are the paid features: multiple event types, group and collective scheduling, the removal of Calendly branding, workflows and reminder automations, and the paid integrations. An annual plan runs to the end of its term.
