- At least 30 days before your renewal date. One month on an open-ended pass, effective at the end of the period. A fixed-term pass runs to its end date.

- What happens after you cancel
- This is the easiest gym cancellation in Poland and worth saying so: it is done entirely in Strefa Klienta, and CityFit's own Regulamin confirms no written notice at reception and no email are required. You keep training for the rest of the notice. An open-ended pass carries a ONE-MONTH notice period taking effect at the end of the period, so the last day is later than the day you cancel — and a fixed-term pass runs to the end of its term rather than stopping early. If you signed up online rather than in a club, you also have the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, which is a different and stronger thing than giving notice: it undoes the contract instead of ending it.
