Check whether you hold a Lifetime plan
A Lifetime membership does not recur, so there is nothing to cancel.

- What happens after you cancel
- CuriosityStream sells a LIFETIME membership alongside its monthly and annual plans, and that changes the answer completely: a lifetime plan is a one-off payment, it does not renew, and there is no recurring charge to stop. If you are seeing a repeat charge, it is not the lifetime plan. On a recurring plan, cancelling leaves access running to the end of the period already paid for. An annual plan therefore keeps working for months after you cancel, which is normal and not a failed cancellation. CuriosityStream is also bundled into other services and sold through Amazon and Apple, so check the name on the statement before assuming the charge is direct.

What else are you paying for?
Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
