How to cancel DAZN

How are you billed?
DAZN can be cancelled direct, Apple, Google Play, Amazon and Roku — and the steps are completely different. Check the last charge on your statement if you are not sure.
Cancelling DAZN directly

Select Cancel subscription
Read the commitment terms carefully, then confirm
- Notice period
- At least 30 days before your renewal date. Annual instalment plans commonly require 30 days' notice and continue billing until the commitment ends.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- Check which plan you are on before assuming this stops the money, because one of them does not. On the monthly plan, cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the month you have paid for. On the annual plan billed monthly, you are in a twelve-month contract: cancelling stops it renewing at the end of that term, and the monthly payments carry on until the term finishes. That is the charge people do not expect — the subscription shows as cancelled while the payments continue, which looks exactly like a cancellation that did not work.

Cancelling DAZN through Apple

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, then tap your name
On the web, go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Select the subscription, then Cancel Subscription
- Notice period
- At least 1 day before your renewal date. Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — Apple does not refund the unused part, and cancelling early does not end it sooner. The subscription disappears from your Apple subscriptions list on that date. Two things this does not do: it does not close your account with the service, so anything stored there stays where it is, and it does not get you a refund. Refunds for Apple-billed subscriptions are asked for at reportaproblem.apple.com, not from the merchant, who genuinely cannot issue one.

Cancelling DAZN through Google Play

Open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions and select the app
Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
- Notice period
- None — cancelling takes effect straight away.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Google Play does not refund the remainder, and the subscription shows as cancelled with its end date until then. Cancelling here stops Google charging you; it does not close your account with the service or delete anything in it. A refund, if you want one, is requested through Google Play — and only within a short window, after which Google sends you to the developer.

Cancelling DAZN through Amazon

Open Your Memberships & Subscriptions on Amazon
Find the subscription and select Manage subscription
Choose to end the subscription and confirm
- Notice period
- None — cancelling takes effect straight away.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- Access runs to the end of the current billing period and Amazon shows you that date when you confirm — write it down, because it is the day to check your statement. Nothing is refunded for the unused part. This ends the subscription only: your Amazon account, and your account with the service itself, are both untouched.

Cancelling DAZN through Roku

Open Manage your subscriptions
Select the channel, then Cancel subscription
- Notice period
- None — cancelling takes effect straight away.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- The channel keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops billing. Roku does not refund the remainder. The channel stays installed on your device and your account with the service still exists — cancelling the Roku subscription only ends Roku's side of the payment.

Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
