Understand which plan is charging you
Framer bills SITE plans per published site and WORKSPACE plans per team. They are separate.
Sign in and open your dashboard billing
Cancel each site plan you no longer want
Cancel the workspace plan separately if you want that stopped too
Point your custom domain somewhere else before the site unpublishes
- Notice period
- None — cancelling takes effect straight away.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- Framer charges for two different things and people cancel the wrong one. SITE plans are billed per published site and are what pays for a custom domain, more pages and the analytics. WORKSPACE plans are billed for the team and pay for collaborators and shared features. Cancelling the workspace does not unpublish the site, and cancelling the site plan does not stop the workspace charge — if money is still leaving after you cancel, it is almost always the other one. When a site plan ends the site stops being served on your custom domain. If anything points at that domain — links, adverts, email signatures — move it first. Your project and its design stay in Framer and can be republished later. Plans run to the end of the period already paid for.

What else are you paying for?
Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
