- What happens after you cancel
- Your private repositories are not deleted and do not become public — the free plan includes unlimited private repos, so the code stays where it is and stays private. What you lose is around the edges of it: advanced code review tools stop working on private repositories, and GitHub Actions drops to 2,000 minutes a month for private repos, which is the one that quietly breaks things, because a CI pipeline that runs out of minutes fails rather than warns. For an organisation, any feature the new plan does not include goes with it; where a feature matters more than privacy, making that repository public brings it back.

Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
