Cancelling HelloFresh

Open Account Settings, then Plan settings
Select Cancel plan
Decline the pause and discount offers, then confirm
- Notice period
- At least 5 days before your renewal date. Boxes must usually be cancelled around five days before the delivery date or the next box is still charged.

- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- The deadline matters more than the cancellation. Changes have to be made by 11:59pm Pacific five days before a delivery, because the order goes to suppliers after that — so a box already inside that window is charged and delivered whatever you do next, and cancelling does not stop it. Check which weeks are already committed before you cancel, and expect one more box if you are inside the window. Any HelloFresh credit on the account is forfeited when you cancel; skipping weeks instead leaves the credit in place until it expires on its own, which is the better move if you only want a break.
