Open your account settings and find ITVX Premium
Cancel the subscription
Note that ITVX keeps working without it, with adverts

- What happens after you cancel
- Cancelling ITVX Premium does NOT close your ITV account or take ITVX away — the service carries on free, with adverts, and your profile and watchlist stay exactly as they were. What you lose is ad-free viewing, downloads and the Premium-only programming. Access to the Premium features runs to the end of the period you have paid for, so nothing changes on screen the moment you cancel. ITVX Premium is also sold through Amazon Prime Video Channels and through Apple. If that is where you bought it, the ITV account settings will not show a subscription and the cancellation has to happen in that store.
