- What happens after you cancel
- Joyn PLUS+ is an upgrade on a free service, so cancelling does not take Joyn away — the free tier carries on with adverts and fewer channels, and your account stays. The paid features run to the end of the period already paid for. German law requires an online cancellation button for contracts concluded online, so this is a click rather than a letter. If the charge continues afterwards, look at your app store: Joyn PLUS+ bought through Apple or Google is billed by them, and joyn.de cannot stop it.
