- What happens after you cancel
- There are two different endings here and only one of them is reversible. PAUSING stops the billing for three or six months and keeps everything — you can still edit emails, read reports and manage your audience, and you get two pauses in any twelve months. CLOSING the account is permanent: the audiences, the campaign archive and the reports are removed and cannot be restored. Export your contacts before you do that, because a mailing list rebuilt from memory is not a mailing list. On an annual plan there is no refund for the unused part unless you are inside the 60-day money-back window, and closing one means contacting their sales team rather than clicking a button.

Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
