Medicover Sport packages are ordered and cancelled through the employer, and each company has its own window.
Submit the resignation by the 20th of the month
A resignation filed by the 20th takes effect on the 1st of the following month. After the 20th you are into the month after that.
Check the minimum term you agreed to when ordering
Packages can carry a minimum commitment from the date of the order, which the monthly window does not override.
Tell HR if you are leaving the company
Medicover Sport expects the employer to be told, and the package does not necessarily stop on its own.

- At least 30 days before your renewal date. The deadline is the 20th of the month for the package to end on the 1st of the next. Missing it by a day costs a full month.

- What happens after you cancel
- The date is the whole story here. A resignation submitted by the 20TH OF THE MONTH takes effect on the 1st of the next one; submitted on the 21st, you are paying for another full month before it ends. Put the 20th in your calendar rather than trusting yourself to remember. Check the minimum term before you file. Medicover Sport packages can carry a commitment period from the date the order was placed, and the monthly cancellation window does not override it. This is an employer benefit, so it is ordered and cancelled through your company rather than directly — and if you are leaving the job, tell HR, because the package is not guaranteed to stop by itself.
