- None — cancelling takes effect straight away.
- How you will know it worked
- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- Nothing is deleted, but almost everything becomes READ-ONLY. Miro's free tier allows only a small number of editable boards; every board beyond that stays visible and stops being editable. For a team with a year of workshops and diagrams in there, that is the difference between an archive and a working tool. Export what you still need to change — Miro exports boards as PDF, image or its own backup format — and decide which few boards you want to keep editable, because that choice gets made for you otherwise. Paid features go with the plan: private boards, the advanced integrations, unlimited visitors and the admin controls. Billing is per seat on a team plan, so removing members is a different action from cancelling the plan, and if a charge continues after you cancel it is usually a second team. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.

Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
