- Netlify bills the PLAN and the ADD-ONS separately, and the add-ons are what keep charging after people think they have cancelled: extra bandwidth and build minutes, Functions, Forms, Identity, Large Media and Analytics are each their own line. Go through them individually rather than trusting the plan change alone. FORMS are the quiet failure. If your site collects enquiries through Netlify Forms, dropping below the plan they need means submissions stop being captured — the form still appears to work and the messages go nowhere. Move the form somewhere else before, and export the submissions you already have. Repoint custom domains before removing sites, or the site simply stops resolving. Domains registered through Netlify renew on their own schedule and are separate from the plan. Your code is in your git repository and is unaffected.
