- NOW is deliberately contract-free, so there is no notice period and no exit fee — but it is sold as SEPARATE MEMBERSHIPS on one account, and that is where the money hides. Entertainment, Cinema, Sports and the Boost add-on each renew on their own. Cancelling one leaves the others running, and a charge that continues after you cancel is almost always a membership you did not realise was there. Go through the list and cancel each one you want to stop. Each membership runs to the end of the month already paid for, and Boost is worth cancelling explicitly because it is easy to forget it exists. NOW will offer a discounted month during the flow. Taking it is not a pause — the membership stays live and renews at full price afterwards.
