Philo is US-only and the site will not open the account page from outside the country.
Open your account and choose Cancel
Decline the pause offer if you actually want to leave
Note that recordings stop when the subscription does

- Philo is cheap, month to month and genuinely easy to cancel — the thing to know is what you lose. Philo's unlimited DVR recordings are tied to the subscription, so everything you have saved goes when the subscription ends. If there is something you meant to watch, watch it before the period runs out. Access continues to the end of the billing month you have paid for; Philo does not refund the remainder. Philo offers a PAUSE as an alternative and puts it in front of you during the cancellation flow. It is a real option if you are going away, but taking it means you have not cancelled — the charges come back automatically.
