- What happens after you cancel
- Export the CRM before you cancel, and check the export includes the ASSOCIATIONS — which contact belongs to which deal, which activities sit under which organisation, and the notes and email history attached to each. A flat list of names is not a CRM, and rebuilding those links by hand afterwards is not realistic. Pipedrive bills per seat and does not refund the unused part of a period, so an annual plan runs to the end of its term whatever date you cancel on. Cancelling early simply stops the renewal. Your account remains usable until the term ends, which is the window to do the exporting in. Add-ons — the extra products bolted onto the plan — are billed separately, so check for those if a charge continues after you cancel.
