- Player is month to month in its ordinary form, so cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep watching to the end of the period already paid for. Downloads stop when it ends. Two things complicate it. Player packages are sold in tiers and as add-ons, so a charge continuing after you cancel is usually a second package rather than a mistake. And Player is heavily resold — through app stores, through Polish telecoms and inside operator TV packages — and billed that way, player.pl shows no subscription to cancel and the seller on your statement has to stop it. Under Polish consumer law a contract concluded at a distance can be withdrawn from within 14 days, though starting to stream generally uses up that right once you have agreed to immediate access.
