- None — cancelling takes effect straight away. Packages sold with an umowa commitment run to the end of the agreed term; open packages end with the paid period.

- What happens after you cancel
- Polsat Box Go is sold two ways and they behave completely differently. The OPEN packages are month to month and stop at the end of the paid period. The packages sold with an UMOWA — a commitment, usually taken for a sports season or alongside a Polsat or Plus line — run to the end of the agreed term, and cancelling stops the renewal rather than the payments. Find which one you have before assuming next month is your last, and ask for the commitment end date if it is not shown. Polsat Box Go is also bundled with Plus mobile and Polsat television packages. Billed that way the charge sits on the operator bill and has to be stopped there — the streaming account will show nothing to cancel, which is easy to misread as success. Under Polish consumer law a distance contract carries a 14-day withdrawal right, though agreeing to immediate streaming generally uses it up.
