- What happens after you cancel
- Most money spent on Rakuten TV is not a subscription — it is rentals, purchases and individual channel passes, each charged once. Before hunting for a cancel button, check whether the charge on your statement actually repeats. A rental that you were billed for once is not something to cancel. Where there is a recurring channel pass, it runs to the end of the period paid for and stops renewing. Anything you have BOUGHT outright stays in your library and is not affected. Rakuten TV is pre-installed on many smart televisions and is often bought through the television manufacturer's own store. Billed that way, the charge belongs to that store and rakuten.tv cannot stop it.

What else are you paying for?
Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
