How to cancel Revolut

Open the Revolut app and go to your profile
Open Plan, then choose to change or cancel it
Pick the free plan to downgrade
Cancelling a paid plan is a downgrade. It does not close your Revolut account.
Check what it says about a break fee before confirming
On a monthly plan left early this can be an extra month.

- None — cancelling takes effect straight away. Fourteen days from subscribing you can withdraw with no penalty, apart from the cost of a Metal or Ultra card and its delivery.

- What happens after you cancel
- Revolut is one of the few subscriptions here that can charge you a BREAK FEE for leaving, and it is worth knowing the shape of it before you press. On a MONTHLY plan, ending or downgrading within the first six months means paying for the month you cancel in AND an additional month as a break fee — and Revolut is explicit that you do not get to use the service for that extra month. After six months there is no break fee: you pay out the month you are in and keep the plan for the rest of it. On an ANNUAL plan nothing is refunded, but there is no break fee either, and you keep the benefits to the end of the year you paid for. Inside the first 14 days you can simply withdraw with no penalty, except for the cost of a Metal or Ultra card and its delivery if one was sent. None of this closes your Revolut account or touches your money — it moves you to the free plan. The paid extras stop: the insurance, the higher exchange limits, the metal card.
