How to cancel Roblox Premium

How are you billed?
Roblox Premium can be cancelled direct, Apple, Google Play, Amazon and Microsoft — and the steps are completely different. Check the last charge on your statement if you are not sure.
Cancelling Roblox Premium directly

Open Settings, then Subscriptions
Select Cancel Renewal

- What happens after you cancel
- Cancelling Roblox Premium is close to a one-way door, and that is the part worth knowing before you press it. Roblox closed Premium to new sign-ups on 30 April 2026 when Roblox Plus launched, and Roblox's own help centre says existing subscribers may keep their subscription but that if they cancel, the option to resubscribe will no longer be available. If there is any chance you want it back, this is not a decision you can undo. What you already own is safe: Robux already in your balance stay there, and so does everything bought with them. What stops at the end of the period you have paid for is the monthly Robux stipend and the privileges that ride on the membership, trading among them — which matters much more if you trade than if you only play.

Cancelling Roblox Premium through Apple

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, then tap your name
On the web, go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Select the subscription, then Cancel Subscription

- At least 1 day before your renewal date. Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — Apple does not refund the unused part, and cancelling early does not end it sooner. The subscription disappears from your Apple subscriptions list on that date. Two things this does not do: it does not close your account with the service, so anything stored there stays where it is, and it does not get you a refund. Refunds for Apple-billed subscriptions are asked for at reportaproblem.apple.com, not from the merchant, who genuinely cannot issue one.

Cancelling Roblox Premium through Google Play

Open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions and select the app
Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Google Play does not refund the remainder, and the subscription shows as cancelled with its end date until then. Cancelling here stops Google charging you; it does not close your account with the service or delete anything in it. A refund, if you want one, is requested through Google Play — and only within a short window, after which Google sends you to the developer.

Cancelling Roblox Premium through Amazon

Find the subscription and select Manage subscription
Choose to end the subscription and confirm

- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- Access runs to the end of the current billing period and Amazon shows you that date when you confirm — write it down, because it is the day to check your statement. Nothing is refunded for the unused part. This ends the subscription only: your Amazon account, and your account with the service itself, are both untouched.

Cancelling Roblox Premium through Microsoft / Xbox

- Confirmation email.
- What happens after you cancel
- This is cancelled in your Microsoft account rather than with the service itself, and Microsoft offers two different endings that are easy to confuse. Turning off recurring billing leaves the subscription running to the end of the period you have already paid for and simply stops the next charge. Cancelling outright can end it there and then, and for some subscriptions Microsoft returns the unused part of what you paid — which is worth knowing, because it is the opposite of how Apple and Google handle the same situation. Which of the two you are offered depends on the subscription and how recently you were charged, so read the screen rather than assuming. Neither closes your Microsoft account or removes anything you bought outright; only the subscription ends. If the service stored files for you, check what happens to them before you confirm — storage that came with the subscription goes away with it.
