Export your reports and project data
Sign in and open your profile, then Subscription info
Unsubscribe there, at least a day before the renewal date
Confirm on screen that auto-renewal is off

- What happens after you cancel
- Semrush renews automatically and the cancellation has to land BEFORE the renewal date — leaving it to the day itself means paying for another month. Unsubscribing is done from Subscription info in your profile, and it is worth going back to confirm on screen that auto-renewal actually shows as off. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, so you can keep working until then. Semrush does not refund the unused part of a period once it is past its refund window, which is short. Export your projects, position-tracking history and reports first — the historical rankings data is the thing you cannot recreate later. Additional users and add-on tools are billed separately from the base plan, so check for those if a charge continues.
