There is no self-service cancel button. Say plainly that you want to cancel; Sky arranges a call back.

- At least 31 days before your renewal date. 31 days, and only once the minimum term has ended. Cancelling inside a minimum term means paying out the remainder of the discounted term.

- What happens after you cancel
- Sky is the hardest exit in this directory and the notice is long: THIRTY-ONE DAYS once your minimum term has ended. You keep the service and keep paying for that month. Inside a minimum term you generally cannot leave at all. If Sky agrees to release you early, the price is the remainder of the discounted term — so check your term end date before anything else, because it decides whether this is a 31-day errand or an expensive one. There is no cancel button. Sky routes this through its messaging service or a call back, which is a retention conversation by design: an offer is coming, and repeating the request plainly is the whole technique. You should get an acknowledgement email — if none arrives, it did not happen. With Sky Q, return packaging is sent near the end of the notice period and the equipment has to go back.
