Work out who is charging you first
Starz is sold direct, and also as an Amazon, Apple, Roku or cable add-on. Only the seller can stop it.
If it is direct: sign in at starz.com and open Settings
Open your subscription and choose to cancel
Keep watching until the paid period ends

- What happens after you cancel
- The first question is not how to cancel Starz — it is WHO is charging you. Starz is sold on its own site, and also as an Amazon Prime Video Channel, an Apple TV Channel, a Roku channel and a cable add-on, and the app looks identical whichever way you bought it. If the money leaves through Amazon or Apple, starz.com has no cancel button for you and support cannot make one; you have to cancel in that store. Your bank statement settles it: it names the reseller, not Starz. Once cancelled, the account stays open and Starz keeps playing until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is refunded for the unused part of a month. A cancelled Starz account can usually be restarted later with the same email, so there is no reason to delete it as well.
