Cancelling Webflow

About 20 minutes · Hard

  1. Work out which plan the charge is for

Webflow bills SITE plans per published site and WORKSPACE plans per team. They are separate subscriptions.

  2. Sign in and open your dashboard billing

  3. Cancel each site plan you want stopped

  4. Cancel the workspace plan separately

  5. Export your site code before the plan ends

What happens after you cancel
Webflow's two subscription types are the single most common source of "I cancelled and I am still being charged". SITE plans are billed per published site — hosting, the custom domain, the forms. WORKSPACE plans are billed for the team — the number of unhosted sites, the seats, the code export. They are separate, and cancelling one leaves the other running. Go through both lists. Before a site plan ends, EXPORT YOUR CODE if your plan allows it. When hosting stops the site is no longer served on your custom domain, and anything pointing there breaks; the design stays in your Webflow account and can be republished, but the live site does not. Form submissions collected through Webflow stop being received, so move any form that matters to something else first. Plans run to the end of the period paid for and Webflow does not refund the unused part.

What else are you paying for?

Find possible recurring subscriptions in your bank statement. Cancel OS reads a statement export you give it and flags the charges that look recurring, for you to confirm.
