- Zattoo has a free tier, so cancelling a paid plan does not end your Zattoo account — you drop back to free television with adverts and fewer channels, and the account, profile and settings stay. Paid features run to the end of the period already paid for. Anything in the cloud recorder goes when the paid plan ends, so save what you meant to watch first. An annual plan runs to the end of its year; cancelling stops the renewal rather than the term. If you bought Zattoo through Apple, Google or a telecom package, that seller holds the subscription and zattoo.com cannot stop it.
